1. Shipping Availability

At Defaith, we proudly ship across India, covering metro cities, Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 locations.

We also offer international shipping for selected countries.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

All orders are carefully processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary slightly during product launches, festive seasons, or high-volume periods.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders across India.

International shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via email and/or SMS with your tracking details.

You can track your shipment in real-time using the tracking link provided.

5. Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier disruptions, or operational challenges.

In case of any significant delay, our support team will proactively keep you informed.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for selected pin codes across India.

7. Return to Origin (RTO) Policy

Orders may be returned to our warehouse if delivery attempts fail due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal to accept the order
  • Non-payment for COD orders

For prepaid orders returned to origin, refunds will be processed after quality verification of the returned package.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost during transit, we will initiate a replacement or refund after a courier investigation.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the package and product.
